Traditional willow weaving and good design make an unbeatable combination for getting the most out of your outdoor area.
Out to Learn Willow offer a bespoke design service which includes full working drawings and a detailed breakdown of costs for all aspects of a willow project.
Living willow arches, tunnels or arbours can make beautiful features in gardens as well as providing some welcome shade during the summer months.
Or bring out the best in your garden with hazel and willow hurdles. They are robust, beautiful and eco-friendly, and placed around borders, edges paths or drives will draw attention to hidden features. They also make a lovely edging for raised borders.
Our work was featured at the Cardiff RHS Spring Show in April 2009 in Gaynor Witchard's Silver Award winning 'Get Your Hands Dirty' show garden which explored the meaning of gardening through the eyes of a child. The garden features one of our beautiful living willow four way arches planted with two different coloured varieties of willow, very dark brown Salix Nigricans and a pale green Salix Viminalis.
For general enquiries for living willow structures such as domes, tunnels and arbours please see our Design and Build section.
